• Print defects or quality issues
• Fabric defects or damage
• Wrong product received

📹 Unboxing Video Required You must provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package, opening process, and product defect. No video = No return/exchange.

2. Include order number, unboxing video, and photos of the issue
3. We'll respond within 24-48 hours
